  1. What is your role at the TLC?  Customer Experience Supervisor
  1. What’s your favourite way to get triACTIVE?  Getting outdoors! Random camping, yoga and my indoor rowing machine.

The Customer Experience Supervisor is tasked with oversight of staff, events that happen at the TLC, and all that goes into making the experience of all TLC patrons truly great.

Get to know Lyndsey

  1. What has been your biggest health and wellness accomplishment?  A three-day hike in the Australian Outback - very tough and very rewarding.
  2. What are your hobbies/interests outside of the TLC?  I foster kittens and volunteer with Barrhead Animal Rescue, I love reading, yoga and occasionally am inspired to paint.
  3. What’s your favourite movie of all time?  Impossible decision... somewhere between Blade Runner and Finding Nemo.
  4. What wakes you up in the morning?  My foster cats/kittens who are convinced they are starving. Better than any alarm clock on the planet.
  5. What do you love most about the Tri-Municipal Region?  The closeness of the countryside and small town feeling with an added bonus of big city conveniences.
  6. If you could only listen to one album for the rest of your life, what would it be?  Can I choose a lifetime subscription to Sirius XM Satellite Radio instead?
  7. If you were stuck on an island with one celebrity, who would you choose and why?  I think Dakota Johnson would be a hilarious friend to hang out with - I get her sense of humour.
  8. What are five must-have items in your fridge?  Oranges, aged cheddar, Onoway Packers double smoked pepperoni, salad greens, local farm eggs, roast chicken...wine makes six! 
  9. Are you an early riser or a night owl?  Early riser! My brain shuts down past 10pm...
  10. What do you love most about the TLC?  It’s such a collaborative environment – I feel very privileged to work in this diverse role where we’re so connected to our community and patrons, and have direct opportunities to bring physical health and well-being into their lives.
