What has been your biggest health and wellness accomplishment?  

1. What’s your favourite movie of all time?  
   • The Green Mile
2. What do you love most about the Tri-Municipal Region?  
   • I love how friendly and accommodating everyone is and the nice restaurants and activities that are available
3. Are you an early riser or a night owl? 
   • Early riser for sure because I go to bed early
4. What do you love most about the TLC?  
   • My coworkers are amazing and my job is ever-changing and not one day is the same, which I love!
5. If you were a crayon, what color would you be and why? 
   • Purple, because I find it mysterious which I am!
